Replacements, Defect Guarantee

If there happens to be a defect in sold goods we will repair or replace those. If we are unable or unwilling to do this, you may chose between withdrawing from our agreement or to demand a suitable decrease of the purchase price.

Delivery

Shipping times may vary; If an article is not or not within promised time ready to be shipped, you will be informed via e-mail.

Returns

Product returns are possible within 14 days, starting from the moment you received the products. Shipping costs have to be paid by the customer. Excluded from refunding are unsealed data storage mediums or documents, according to customer specifications assembled goods and partly assembled or installed electronic devices.

Data Protection

jInvent will never give any data of you or your company to other parties, except necessary to fulfill customer requests (eg. domain registrations).

Applicable Law and Legal Venue

Agreements are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany in accordance to the UN Conventions on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
